Music is one of the best ways we can tell the stories of those who came before us. Wild Hog in the Woods shares its name with a traditional folk song that tells the story of a wild hog who battles a hero in the wood. The program, hosted by Brent Cantrell, celebrates ballads, blues, and old-time music with a focus on pre-war and field recordings.

Wild Hog in the Woods airs Sunday evenings from 8 until 8:30 p.m. EST as part of the Sunday Jubilee block of programming.
