The Tenos. AT NINE YEARS OLD, Andy Teno, decided he wanted to play the banjo. His mom, Karyn, began teaching herself guitar so that the two could play together making the bluegrass music he was picking more fun. A few more months of Andy and mom picking together inspired his dad, Trippy, to pick up the bass and play along. Andy’s brothers, Will and Sam, soon began learning and playing Banjo and Mandolin respectively. Leah, Andy’s sister, decided to play the fiddle! This was the beginning of a new and exciting adventure for the whole family. Andy inspired them all to learn a new instrument and play together for fun and enjoyment! Their music consists of traditional bluegrass, old time, and gospel songs that you will love and enjoy!
