Beyond the studio and stage, Nini is the co-founder of Girls Rising, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls and LGBTQ+ youth through mentorship and music. The organization has hosted festivals, outreach programs, and workshops—giving young people access to role models, creative tools, and the inspiration to dream big.
Nini is also active in the theater world, developing and performing in original musicals and ensemble works, including the critically acclaimed F@ck 7th Grade (created by Jill Sobule), and participating in early development for projects such as Starstruck, TL;DR: Thelma Louise; Dyke Remix, and Untitled Softball Play.
