Anna Uptain is a multi-instrumentalist and local musician/music instructor.You might see Anna playing around town or at Dollywood, or teaching adult beginners in guitar, banjo, mandolin or ukulele at Pellissippi State, but you can definitely catch her weekly at her job playing music for story time at the Blount County Public Library in the children’s department.
