Evie Andrus, Taps & Tunes on the Corner host, is a Midwest born and raised gal who was born with a fiddle in her hands and music in her soul. She completed a minor in Bluegrass, Old Time and Country Music at East TN State University. While attending college Andrus fell in love with the region and decided to make it her home. She loves Knoxville and all that fun unique things it has to offer. For a few years she worked as a performer at Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Feud in Pigeon Forge. Andrus currently helps front the Knoxville bluegrass band Buffalo Fiasco. She is excited to bring her unique life experiences to WDVX.
