Jimbeaux Focier is from a little town in da’ bayou called Pocahola, Louisan’. He says don’t bother to Google it, you won’t find it. He left there about 25 years ago because he got tired of hurricane hidin’ and pulling his feet out of the water when he spied gators while fishing. He decided to head for the hills and ended up in Knoxville.
